Sankeg 35 automat

The Sankeg 35 is used to prepare KEG barrels for filling and for filling KEGs with beer, yeast, wine or other bevareges. The Sankeg35 is equipped with automation of two separate positions, in the first are the KEG barrels sanitized and prepared for the filling and in the second position are the KEG barrels filled with the product. The device is equipped with two separate tanks for two types of sanitizing solution (acid + alkaline). Moving KEG barrels between positions is manual.

 

Operation cycle sequence (position #1)
  • Rinsing     with hot water;
  • Blowing-off     with compressed air;
  • Heat-up     and cleaning with hot lye solution;
  • Blowing-off     with compressed air;
  • Rinsing     with hot water;
  • Blowing-off     with compressed air
  • Heat-up     and cleaning with hot acid solution;
  • Blowing-off     with compressed air;
  • Rinsing     with hot water;
  • Blowing-off     with compressed air
  • Rinsing     with cold water;
  • Blowing-off     with compressed air;
  • Sterilization     with steam;
  • Blowing-off     with CO2 (if required);
  • Notching     with CO2 (if required).

 

Operation cycle sequence (position #2)
  •     Blowing-off     with CO2;
  •     Notching     with CO2;
  •     Filling     with product.

Note: the operation cycle sequence can be modified at Customer’s request.

  • Electronically controlled panel with software based on the “FESTO”

 

The electrical scheme provides automatic production programs, pump control, heating and maintaining the temperature of the wash solution.

The progress of the production program is displayed on the monitor. All main parts of the structure are attached to the frame odyf the vertical spatial structure.
