The boiling equipment in copper design is used for the production of beer wort in both, the infusion as well as the decoction way of cooking. The boiling equipment kit consists of three containers: a mash kettle and a filter tank     which is mounted above a swirl tank. The production of the boiling equipment per batch is up to approximately 700 liters of beer wort (= 600 liters of beer). The mash kettle is equipped with a steam bottom and a steam duplex for a steam heating. To the boiling equipment V6M, we recommend the electric steam generator BM460/54 or gas steam generator with output at least 80kg of steam per hour. This boiling equipment can be made in semiautomatic or fully automatic operating mode. In the semiautomatic mode, all of the valves are manual, except the valves of filling with water and steam. These are pneumatic and controlled from the touch screen. In the fully automatic mode, all of the valves are pneumatic and controlled from the touch screen.  There are several recipes in the PLC, according to which the boiling equipment will automatically lead the whole process of cooking the beer wort.

1) Semiautomatic
