Cold water tanks
The cold water tank is primarily designed to collect treated water from the water treatments (softened, de-ironed, dechlorinated – according to needs), to cool the water to a temperature about 2°C and to the subsequent use of the water in the wort cooler where the treated water is heated to 70-85°C and then leave into the hot water tank NHV.
The water in the ZUPV tank is cooled by the cooling spiral, in which is circulating the glycol-cold water from the ice water tank ZLV. The ZUPV tanks are among others equipped with the circulating pump that ensures even water cooling.
